Create Your Herbie Seafood With Our 100% Natural Barbecue Seasoning:

Ingredients:

Step One:

Chop finely the onion and two cloves of garlic into small pieces and place into a mixing bowl.

Step Two:

Clean your chosen seafood and prepare it well ensuring that all sand particles are washed away from its shells.

Step Three:

Place the ½ Cup Olive Oil in the bowl along with the chopped onion and garlic and mix thoroughly.  Add a table spoon of the BBQ BOX UK Ride The River Seasoning to the bowl and mix again.  Add your chosen seafood to the bowl and mix again ensuring that all the pieces are well coated.

Step Four:

Chill your seafood in your fridge for at least 2 hours prior to beginning the cooking of your seafood.  Ensure your seafood and/or fish is covered well.

Step Five:

Remove the seafood/fish from the marinade and place directly onto a hot bbq grill.  Cook on each side until cooked thoroughly.

Step Six:

Serve your barbecued seafood on a large platter plate on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves and surrounded with lemon wedges. 

**Please note if you choose to cook your seafood or vegetables on wooden skewers then remember to soak these 30 mins before use.

Great article and a great way to get people to start the process of moving away from meat. I am a meat lover, however can’t ignore that we should be eating far less of it. I will definitely strive to try this seasoning and recipe and hopefully begin a great food journey.
